This benefit is payable if a member leaves employment due to ill-health. The benefit payable is equivalent to the total accumulated employee and employer contributions plus interest.

Requirements for Processing Ill-Health Early Retirement

• A completed and stamped Pension Claim Form.
• A copy of the member’s National Identification Document or Driver’s Licence or valid Passport.
• A copy of the member’s last payslip showing year-to-date (YTD) figures is required for tax assessment purposes.
• Medical Report from a registered medical doctor.
